Comeback status (fingers crossed!)

I'm halfway through a week of (baby) runs with no lasting worsening of symptoms. In fact, I usually feel stronger and have less pain than before running!

Starting Believe journal next Monday! It's time to start thinking of myself as a capable "real" runner again, even if I have to be mindful of injury. It's part of the journey!

I've been consistent about ST/PT exercises for over a month! Averaging:
Arms  2x/week
Hips/Butt  at least 3x/week
Core  3x/week
